Although a little dismayed to be the only boat braving The Narrows (or should it be re-named The Shallows?) it was a perfect day and a lovely journey. Even reading “00.0” depth below the keel did not dim our spirits! If you are not familiar with this waterway, at low tide it is used as a cattle crossing…note the submerged cattle pens in the photograph!
